 This law could not have come at a worth moment for US citizens. Indeed, the current wealth growth in Asia makes it easier for banks to refuse Americans. Banks have more than enough business in Asia and complying with new regulations would be so difficult and expensive that banks have no qualm at getting rides of their US customers.
