How much does it cost?
Our fees for the creation of a Swiss company are € 4,950 which includes
- Company name verification
- Opening of a bank account (at distance) into which the share capital can be deposited.
- Company registration in Neuchatel, with the original documents in French.
- One year domiciliation
It should be noted that our fees do not include the cost of a Swiss resident director.
Price for this service is normally 3,000 Euros per year. (Note however it can be up to 5,500 Euros per year depending of the purpose of the company and of the person providing the service).
Annual fees (company maintenance)
Our fees for the maintaining (after the first year) of the company are 2,950 Euro and includes:
- Corporate Secretary: Ongoing verification that the company complies with local laws.
- Renewal of the Head Office and the governmental charges (does not include accounting fees, audit, nor governmental taxes).
